1. Summary
Crypto Bricks is designed as a lightweight arcade game. We do not operate user accounts, and we do not intentionally collect personal information from you through our own servers when you play the App.
2. Information We Process
Information stored locally on your device
The App may store limited local data on your device, such as:
- language preference;
- gameplay-related settings;
- basic progress or state needed to support gameplay.
This local data is used only to operate the App experience on your device.
Device sensor data
The App may access motion-related device sensor input, such as tilt or accelerometer data, only while the App is being used for gameplay controls. We do not use this data to identify you.
Optional external sharing
If you choose to use the App's share feature, the App may open a third-party service such as X (formerly Twitter) with prefilled text. Your interaction with that third-party service is governed by that service's own privacy policy and terms.
3. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
We do not intentionally collect or process the following through our own backend as part of normal gameplay:
4. How We Use Information
We use the limited information described above only to:
- run the App;
- remember local preferences and gameplay settings;
- enable motion-based controls; and
- support user-initiated sharing to external platforms.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not share personal information with third parties except:
- when you choose to open a third-party sharing destination;
- when disclosure is required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or lawful government request; or
- when necessary to protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud or abuse.
6. Data Retention
Because the App primarily stores limited data locally on your device, retention depends on your device and app settings. You can generally remove locally stored data by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's local storage through your device settings.
7. Security
We take a data minimization approach. Since the App is designed not to collect sensitive user data through a dedicated backend for normal gameplay, we limit data exposure by design.
No app or device environment can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so you should also protect your device using platform security features.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age where collection would require verified parental consent under applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our own backend as part of normal gameplay.
If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at contactmartinlaurent@proton.me.
9. International Users
The Publisher is based for legal purposes under the governing law stated for the App documents in the Netherlands. If applicable law grants you additional privacy rights based on your location, those rights remain unaffected.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will become effective when posted with a new "Last updated" date.
