These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Crypto Bricks ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Publisher

Crypto Bricks is published by Martin Laurent ("Publisher", "we", "us", or "our").

2. The App

Crypto Bricks is an arcade brick-breaker game for mobile devices. The App includes fictional, game-only crypto-themed visual elements such as BTC, ETH, SOL, and BNB collectibles.

These in-game elements:

• are for entertainment only;
• do not represent real cryptocurrency ownership;
• are not redeemable for money, tokens, or any item of real-world value; and
• do not provide financial, investment, trading, custody, staking, or wallet services.

3. Eligibility

You may use the App only if doing so is lawful in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age required to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

4. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not:

• copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App except as permitted by law;
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law permits it;
• use the App for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purposes;
• interfere with the App's normal operation or security; or
• misrepresent the App as offering real financial or crypto services.

5. Gameplay and Availability

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the App will always be error-free.

6. Scores, Progress, and Device Features

The App may store limited gameplay preferences and progress locally on your device to support features such as language selection or gameplay settings. If you remove the App or clear local app data, such information may be lost.

The App may use supported device sensors, such as motion or tilt input, to enable gameplay controls.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may allow you to open external services, such as X (formerly Twitter), for optional sharing initiated by you. Those third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not ours.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, visuals, audio, branding, and text, is owned by or licensed to the Publisher and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Crypto Bricks is an entertainment product only and is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Publisher will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of the Publisher for all claims relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Publisher from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, excluding its conflict of laws principles. Subject to mandatory applicable law, the courts of the Netherlands will have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
